NEST LLUB - R&D is very powerful, NEST R&D center in Switzerland, NEST has following areas, medicine, food nutrition, water, NEST has huge board and diversified shareholding when mother company is concerned
LLUB - also R&D very powerful, and they singlehanded supply all the lubricants required for any industry, nobody challenge that, LLUB definitely diversified and good governance
CCS - their ice cream and meat sector is very strong and super market chain is owned by them, weakness is their carbonated water which will not grow in coming years, for CCS also R&D area very strong,

1.Diversified shareholding
Don't confuse NEST mother company with Nestle lanka plc.
What are the sectors in NEST Lanka plc's diversified share holding
What are the sector's in LLUB,CCS  as well
Finanace
Insurance
Real estate
Healthcare
Power
Plantations
Don't fool people

2.NEST-90% single owner
  VFIN-72% single owner

What is the logic VFIN is not good since single owner

NEST - all products introduced into Sri Lankan market are developed with the direction and gudance of Nestle Switzerland R&D center, MAGGI cocnut milk powder is prodcued at Nestle Sri Lanka only. Very soon Nestle global brands like Kitkat will be here with ECTA NEST here is directly governed by Nestle Switzerland

LLUB - the only lubricant supplier who has all the oils for motot industry, industry and other uses and LLUB R&D is unmatched

VFIN is not good because of lack of board balance and with rgard to governance, their CEO has purchased shares continuously which shows that they dont maintain corporate ethics and just go after some money, this indicates they have a sustainability issue

Individual evaluates shares on varying perspectives. None has reached to the status of perfection. Moreover, demand pattern with profit earning capacity in short term changes everything.
