Browns group has purchased 100% stake of the Agalawatte Plantations from mackwoods.

How can they do it ?
There are many court cases against mackwood .Major shareholders are fighting with the management of Dr. Nonis.
Dr. Nonis has less than 50% .
Last month Court issued interim order suspending any deal. Now Revoked ?

BTW, Browns sold cash cow Hydropower and bought loss making troubled plantation .

Aggrieved Employees Of Agalawatte Plantations PLC (known as APL) of Mackwoods Group are charging Chris Nonis and his lawyer sister Shelendra Nonis Ranaweera for siphoning out Rs 1.134 Billion rupees (about US Dollars 7.7 Million) from the listed company Agalawatte Plantations PLC reportedly to United Kingdom
