because of these counters are still in the default board. dont waste your money to investing in these kind of scraps...i have a good experience with PCP...i got huge loss investing with PCP. be careful GL

PMB something is happening. It could be excluded from your list due to following reasons.
Improved financials.most probably they will end up this (June ending) quarter with a profit
Proposed merger with PLC .it is officially declared and proportion is yet to be finalised.
Asset value-property and good brand name.
Group support of peoples Bank.
