JKH profits were boosted by increase in Finance Income. They are riding on this income for the last two years I think. But once the funds utilized in Water Front project this cushion too will be gone. So better for JKH to improve on their core business areas.

I think NZ is comparing 3 months June 2015 and June 2016

Me , 3 months March 2016 to June 2016

Asset value per share also down from 130 to 114 , both ways. Should be due to new shares.

Chinwi, don't compare JKH Q4 of a FY with Q1 of a FY. Their best results are coming always in Q3 qnd Q4 mainly due to tourism effect and logistics. The ideal way to go is YoY.
