I have gone through their financial statements and see that they have recovered well. They are now completely got rid of Palla & Company which were making heavy losses and restructured the South Asia Textile Industrie.
Q1 revenue was 1.9bn with a YoY growth of 24% with profits of 35mn. I estimate they will earn at least 8bn for the year with a profit of 150mn whic translate to an EPS of 4.4.Further their NBV is 104 but the share is trading at 70/-.
Their borrowings has come down by a stagering 700mn while cash balances have improved to 450mn. This is a cash per share of 13/-
Further only less than 1mn shares in the market so I believe this stock can generate at least 25%-30% return to the shareholders in the short term considering how other turned arround relatively illiquide stocks traded in the recent times.
