Renuka Investments (Pvt) Ltd invests in listed equity and non-controlling stakes in unquoted companies. Among its investments are enterprises engaged in property development, provision of laundry services among others.

Galle Face Properties Ltd is to embark on a project with an overseas collaborator on prime real estate in Colombo and Renuka Developments Ltd envisaged in property mix development project in Colombo 9.

Corporate Services
Renuka Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd is engaged in the provision of management services of Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal and Secretarial to group companies. It also acts as a promoter to foreign principles in the various development projects in Sri Lanka.

Richlife Dairies Limited, a Board of Investment approved venture, was incorporated in the year 1995. These are information of company and its subsidiaries. What is real facts to move to Rs 50/-. How did come to this price predication. Where is the financial justification ?

Obviously this is a good group. But WHY Share price is not moving? The return of the invest is considerably low ,es example very less dividend. All RHL subsidiaries also very attractive . but not leading in share prices in the market

Out  of  the  Renuka  Group     both  COCO  and  RAL   have been  trading  very  much  below  their  Net  Asset  Values    Large  quantities  have  been  traded  during  the  last  3  months   does  anyone  have  any  clue

Whats the best share to buy from them ? RHL or RAL .
For me RAL seems good discounted price. any ideas?

Any idea about RAL ?

RHL regularly change subsidiaries between COCO,RAL,etc with xxx price.We don't know which company got profit which company affected so on.So it affects consistant growth of each company.It has got resources and plans but failed to make into profit.I followed RHL for long period finally lost confidence on that.

The  RENUKA  GROUP   will  be  holding  their  AGM on  15th  September  2016  we  may  have  to  wait  till  close  to  the  AGM  to  ascertain  whether  there  will  be  a  price  movement

renuka holdings cash and cash equalants per share is rs 18. share trade at 17 rs. there is cash in drawer 18 rs per share please check balance sheet and divide by number of shares

rich own full companys and paid salary as directors . they dont do work but paid salary. company is running on loss but there profits are high since they are paid and there relatives are paid . they collect from minor share holders and directly put in to there pocket . best example is renuka holdings . im sure directors are getting bigger pays . we informed to auditors also to check related party. but i think auditor also fear with money they paid will loose. dont by RHL crap. i have many shares at RHL but i dont want to manipulate . its true never invest Renuka holdings . eka hora guhawak. they are doing fake revaluations again and again and paid big director fees. r

Soon RHL will flat again. im safe from last 5 years i wanted to get rid of renuka shit hole company.
it was a huge investment mistake i made. i thing there are massive frauds and manipulations in this company by directors. they dont pay divident. EPS /price is like 2% or minus . keeping money in saving account is mutch better than renuka shit company.

im very happy since i have distroyed the trading rally .

RHL is still under value. Its net asset value is 55.79 and trading around 20. Since it is diversified company it should pass 30 very soon.

RHL is manipulating market by selling 1 by one share

see the dayly chart you can see 1 share sale many times. do not by this crap when immature person give big order to high price they will dump on him.
