කොළඹ කොටස් හුවමාරුවෙහි ලැයිස්තුගත මූල්‍ය සමාගමක් වන මල්ටිෆිනෑන්ස් පීඑල්සී (MFL.N0000) සමාගමෙහි අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩල සාමාජිකාවක ලෙස යෝගදිනුෂා භාස්කරන් මහත්මිය පත් කරගත් බව එම සමාගම පවසයි.
අද දිනයේදී කොළඹ කොටස් හුවමාරුව වෙත ලිපියක් මගින් දැනුම් දෙමින් මෙම නව පත් කිරීම පිළිබඳව එම සමාගම සඳහන් කර තිබේ.
ඒ අනුව මෙම නව පත් වීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් මහ බැංකුවෙන් අනුමැතිය හිමිව ඇති බවත්, ඇය ජුලි 21 වැනිදා සිට මල්ටිෆිනෑන්ස් පීඑල්සී සමාගමේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩල සාමාජිකවක ලෙස පත් කෙරෙන බවත් පවසා තිබේ.
මෙම පත් කිරීම සිදු කෙරෙන අවස්ථාව වන විට එම මහත්මිය සතුව මල්ටිෆිනෑන්ස් සමාගමෙහි කිසිදු කොටස් හිමිකාරීත්වයක් නොමැති බවත් සමාගම පවසයි.
භාස්කරන් මහත්මිය මේ වනවිට ධම්මික පෙරේරා මහතාගේ සභාපතිත්වයෙන් යුත් වැලිබල් සමූහයට අයත් වැලිබල් වන් පීඑල්සී සමාගමෙහි ප්‍රධාන විධායක නිලධාරී ධුරයද හොබවයි. එසේම ඇය LB Finance PLC හි අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩල සාමාජිකාවකද වෙයි.
මේ වසරේ මාර්තු මාසයේදී LB Finance PLC සමාගම මල්ටි ෆිනෑන්ස් පීඑල්සී සමාගමෙහි වැඩි කොටස් හිමිකාරීත්වයක් අත්පත් කරගැනීම ඇරඹූ අතර, ජූනි මාසයේදී එය සම්පූර්ණ විය. ඒ අනුව එතෙක් එම සමාගමේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩල සාමාජිකයන් ලෙස කටයුතු කළ පිරිස ජූනි 30 වැනිදා ඉවත් වූ අතර, නව අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩලයක් ඒ වෙත පත් කෙරී තිබේ.
මේ අතර 2022 මාර්තු 31 වැනිදා වනවිට මල්ටිෆිනෑන්ස් සමාගම මගින් විගණනය කර නොමැති සමස්ත අලාභයේ වටිනාකම රුපියල් 616,219,637ක් වන බවත්, සමාගමේ දළ වත්කම් ප්‍රමාණය එහි ප්‍රකාශිත ප්‍රාග්ධනයෙන් අඩකටත් වඩාඅඩු බවත් අනාවරණය කෙරිණි. ඒ අනුව මෙය දරුණු ප්‍රාග්ධන අහිමිවීමක් බවද සමාගම සඳහන් කර තිබුණි.

Back in days when NIFL, CLC, LOFC were trading low, no one cared! Also, 95% of the company shares hold by institutional investors.

In my opinion about this company it is different from LOLC group counters because MFL is going to merge with LFIN ASAP and they are going to start where they left off so MFL will be trading above 100 in near future!
