I (We) like to know the reason as to why AEL should touch 16 again in near future?
Unnecessary demotion is unethical same as promotion I believe.

the 16 story is a cunning attempt for those who missed the bus to board the bus and for some to average knowing very well the potential rise is nearby. For that matter JKH should fall to around 110 level. AEL price would stabilize at present level and zoom higher as Gota's victory is now assured.

When there is a favourable regime change as anticipated in the article, AEL's price is expected to move up based on future earning potential. Investors perceive the change and hence the interest would continue.

Teller has his own calculations. In current world even construction/manufacturing sector has an attractive market PER , its to be considered average 12.33 × , AEL current EPS below 30 cents QoQ , 0.30*4= 1.20 LKR, even improved market condition im sure EPS will be the 1.38 LKR, this is not only considered its Net EPS, i compared its gearing , cash flow per share. Just look the balance sheet AEL has taken Bank overfraft in recently which is a considerably high amount. Of course as per the current OD rates its considerably huge interest expense to the entity. Based on the traded pattern especially against the CTC pattern price must come down to LKR 16.40 , im not talking about the profit taking scenario but im talking about the fundemental plus technical pvs here.
Remember i have proved my talent when MGT was trading around 8.50, i set my target 14.40 LKR, when DPL trades 5.20 i set my target 6.80 LKR, same CIND,APLA,PAP and so many. I work based on my code not my gut feelings. In simply stocks are not our girl friends to love. When the best time we should enter as well as exit. Those who wish to not to burn fingers to be followed.

What a funny  calculation..?  How final year report pass EPS over 2 .. Teller took all quarter EPS as 0.30..Haaaa....  AIYO LAMAYA .

My EPS calculation towards to future earnings, construction sector experienced negatively high price of raw materials, high cost labour. Especially cement and sand prices hit gradually. So many raesons but bo time im ready for my weekend. Remember itd 16 LKR, teller said is said

Not only construction sector but various other sectors were affected by present govt policies. The expected change is going to witness a construction boom. Investors are no fools anymore to be misled and misdirected by unscrupulous characters.

Market may remain sluggish, AEL would maintain 20 levels with marginal deviations awaiting clear signal of regime change. Its not going to take long and thereafter what matters is the economic policies of the new govt.

There is a rumor going on that Presidential  election will happen only in May 2020 said by Thalatha Athukorala. if its true how it impact the share price ..

No Why they issue interim budget.?No way presidential election will held this december.

May be fake news, as President refrained from seeking SC opinion on this matter. Anyway you never know as we have a President who changes his mind with time & temperature.
