with all the free trade agreements which are supposedly to be signed, its good govt take precautionary measure's to protect local manufactures from foreign country companies dumping strategies.

Yes, I  totally agree with you, Should have been the case  long time ago , anyway " it is better late than never" thing for us now  i guess .
