Its not month end.. But there is lot of uncertainty in the world today.. Risk of 3rd World war, US elections and Sri Lanka budget.. Markets are set to go down for short to medium term.

Uncertainty is due to bond scam, VAT implementation and rift between appaya and ponila, so it will be over in the coming days and as per the policy statement of ponil its going to be great whoever comes to power in next government

First hurdle is cleared on bond scam. Next immediate barrier is the budget. Look forward the CSE's behavior in the month of November. Other than new VAT implementation there won't be stringently enforced adverse proposals on business community. Therefore, gradual rise in market trades could be anticipated.

I pray that there won't be a ww3. Anyone here who has been following the mh17 flight investigation would know that all fingers are pointed at Russia. (Russian supported rebels are found to be the culprits who bought that plane down and hence, I am afraid, killed those on board. But hopefully there will be justice served than the US going to invade Russia and eigollanuth illan kannata yanna taram echara moda nemei. I am positive that there will be some type of tribunal after all we are in the 21st century and I am sure they will "talk this out". But the risk of war is still present & to top it all out interest rates of the fed is going to be increased in December.
