I expect a downturn in December too. Ready for the worst. Collect fundamentals and stay strong/hold and believe in your stocks (If only they are fundamentals).

Institutional buyers will not leave the market simply. They get the maximum advantage of current situation. If market turnover increases in next couple of weeks comparing to past that could be a surviving signal....

Highly doubtful..... First budget is not transparent enough (Never knows whether what budget proposals will be implemented). US interest rate hike is possible in near future, No one knows what is there in pipeline.
