That is how stock market behaves. You can market the news and earn.

We have seen successful deal news and devastated deals. They were selling fake platinum mines and sucked billions. Another man sold 'power chimney' to get free energy for entire country, collected billions, destroyed a successfully running very profitable company and then vanished .

Asian Cotton mills deal and Dockyard sale news were very successful , early days.

We do not know the big picture and final outcome of COCR deal news. At the moment we know that Thai company has valued our company at a very high rate than we do. Our PER for finance companies are kept very low due to high risks. They measured differently with big hopes.

Yes those two were awesome deals, some made on the first lhcl rise to 104. Also maybe on Ceylon Oxygen buy when Linde came in... Others lost badly by buying LHCL too too high and waiting for years below cost price waiting for another deal.

What a run! I hope people have made money, it's like the rain after a drought! I think targets are all relative to time. Being in the moment right now is better than a target with no time frame... Those who got it recently at 57 and below but sold just now, that's a Bulls Eye on the target! Well done and all the best to everyone else!

As I said earlier , COCR now almost given 10℅ return to us. My target price is 80 them it will do a little rest there. How ever there is a big opportunity from HEXP too. HEXP can give another 20℅ easily and must Surpass 110/- levels.
I'm sure HEXP will disclose its pending ahnouncement in this market positive time.
We entered COCR at correct time as same way entering HExP at these levels so attractive as per my analysis.

Three shareholders of Commercial Credit and Finance PLC (CCFP), namely BG Investments (Pvt.) Ltd (BGI), Creations Investments Sri Lanka (Pvt.) Limited (CISL) and Mr. S.L. La France have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to dispose part of their shareholdings to Group Lease Holdings (GLH), a Singapore based Company at a price of Rs. 111.00 per share. The shares to be divested by BGI, CISL and Mr. La France will amount to 6.98%, 22.26% and 0.74% respectively of the issued share capital of the Company. Thus GLH will acquire 29.99% of the share capital of CCFP. GLH is a 100% owned subsidiary of Group Lease Public Company Limited (GLPCL), a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). Mr. Patrick Fisher, Non-Executive Director of CCF is also a Non-Executive Director of GLPCL, which is the holding company of GLH. According to the SPA, the transaction will be completed only after all conditions precedent are met which include regulatory and other approvals as required by GLH and GLPCL.
