Budget 2017 seen as bringing sad stock tidings
The Colombo Stock Exchange will not see any upward growth over the rest of this year because of the fourth coming Christmas season coupled with the budget that has failed to give an impetus to the market, stock market analysts said.

hopefully tomorrow latter part.Anyway when it happens 10% return is really easy to achieve.Assuming you are already loaded with battered down(artificially) stocks
