I WOULD LIKE TO GET THE FORUM MEMBER`S OPINION.
Gvnt. is allocating money from the budget  for the depositors who invested in the failed finance companies such as Golden key, C.I.F.L.,  then what about the share holders of the following companies (which are quoted ) They also invested money like depositors in these companies to earn money both are legal according to the S.L law. These companies were failed not because of the depositors fault or the share holders. The directors of these companies have to answer for this., but no action has been taken against non of these directors up to now. Why can`t the share holders of these companies get together and form a union and fight for their rights.

To my knowledge  the following company share holders were defected.

Carson Marketing, Compack Morision, Touch wood, Fern tea, and recently PCP,PCH & C.I.F.L.......

I guess directors are jointly & severally responsible. Moreover central bank has overlooked the systematic review of financial institutions registered under their authority. So aren't they held accountable?

From Legal point of Company consider as a SIngle person...So directors not responsible for any losses...
