This was expected by 100% in the industry to occur today and was awaited all year.

Hopefully the tail end of foreign selling.  Given the prior knowledge on the rate hike expected for a year, (expected as a 0.25 increment) the funds who wanted to shift are already out.  A couple of million dollars of sales should be the last bit as it's a very negligible quantity in comparison to their total fund worth.  Most of these funds have enough net worth to buy our entire stock market many times over but the problem is liquidity and getting other institutions to buy their shares after they hold.  Sri-Lanka is too small a market and too illiquid next to other frontier/emerging markets that are also attractive.
