this is the sad situation in the country, no clear policy direction cant get a FDI deal done properly.

I agree with u that we need to support our country who ever the leader is. But now it becoming a joke. BOI and president are not in the same page. these things cant happen after the project is started. These things should have been sorted before the project is started

Economy has a problem as immense thefts,misdeeds occur almost everyday.

Investors run away. Cost of living rises. Gap between poor & rich widens. Import cost exceeds exports income. Heavy tax burden on poor class. Devastating agriculture. Massive debts.

How we can simply say no problem?
The state of difficulty that needs to be resolved soon.

I agree Benevolent will do better

Mahinda was able to win the war with support of various people

But Basil R and the crowed misused war victory for personal gains

Out education system and present political do not produce good leaders. Democratic system is better for this country although development process may be slow

This Gvnt. make mistake when they take policy directions, as this is a coalition Gvnt. before they go to media and public with their policy direction they should discuss those with their coalition partners specially with the president., but now some UNP cabinet ministers including PM take directions and go to public before they discuss with their coalition partners including the President. UNP must stop taking unilateral decisions. Hope they will understand this soon. Very Happy

Co-ordination is far away between two parties in Unity government. Most of unpleasant events would have stopped or minimized if they act in a competent manner.
