New bond issue means thriving the future liabilities fall upon citizens. Primarily, it is for clearing foreign debts & its servicing costs.
Well, within how many years that country could get rid of ever increasing debt burden & back to normal track.
So far, no long term plan has been laid to get solved the issue except ongoing vociferous comments...

PM HAS INDICATED THAT WHO EVER HAS MONEY IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES CAN BRING DOWN THAT MONEY TO THE COUNTRY WITHOUT ANY QUESTION. THIS IS A GOOD MOVE.

Response to the PM's request may not have a favorable outcome. Holders of huge amounts of black money have a suspicion of penalizing them once tracked down after the remittance. None accepts/believes verbal expressions.
