Last few days I am watching RGEM very closely.. Some thing going on this stock

First of all this is not a fundamental stock. and I don't like to promote this stock .but it is illiquid stock in the CDS compare with the QTY and price level. RGEM its turn to profit MARCH end report.

compare with the last two quarter report and trading history from CSE. ...

After January 2011 MR. S.S Shroff try to collect the RGEM nearly 160000 from 35/= level to 80/= level then May be he try to pump up to 122.10/= level ... after that now he start to dump @ 90/= on 13th of june and 20th of june (today) ...

So some one try to collect @ 90/= level from him. I thing Mr S.S.Shorff also collect this 160000 RGEM from small investors. because when we see the last two quarter report no one sell to him from top 20 shareholder list ...

any way I feel today they finished their collection @ 90/= level .. (because its traded more than 160000 shares @ 90/= level last Monday and this Monday)

Trade Date== Open == High== Low==Close== Trade== Volume== Share Volume

13-06-2011== 84.00== 95.00== 84.00== 93.20== 217== 169,600
20-06-2011== 80.50== 94.00== 80.50== 88.70== 72== 77,300

So may be that fellow may push up this stock again ... lot of illiquid stock and funder mentally very week stocks went up by double and triple ..(SINI , ALUF, HUEJ, KZOO....) so we can expect some thing from this stock as well ???...

anyway welcome comments guys

Thanks to point out this information.. anyway just I want to say that 18% of shares hold by lot of small investors. ( they are holding averagely less than 1000 share each of them(not 100% correct) )

So I don't really worried about Dump shares by that 18%

according to the annual report (2010) That 18% of shares hold by 595 shareholders (615- top 20)

Anyway If we assume that 18% share holders are 500

and 18% of shares are 2,400 000 - 1,878,744 (78.30%) = 521526.

So each share holder keep 1042 shares.

I don't believe they can't change any differences . just they are followers.

Am really sorry if I am wrong ..please correct me... Thanks.

Really interesting .. Well observation jana ...

Now when I see this information RGEM may go up and up. .. any way it is depend on who collect this @ 90/= level. If the person has good buying power then easy make money..

with the price level it is not big amount .. so it is illiquid...

But make sure no one try to sell from the top 20 list...!!

ok tel me what is the price level RGEM will reach ??? r u expect it will pass 50% ??

anyway I don't have any.. I am thinking to buy some thing .. if it is @90/= level tomorrow as well ..
