Renuka did a dirty game here. I can say it's the dirtiest game in CSE. As sangeetha said , if any one has few rights it doesn't mean they can subscribe limited to their rights. So Renuka will grab the all rights available . In that scenario KZOO net asset value can jump to amazingly. So Renuka will subscribe and set the market price gradually.

If Renuka played dirty there is a reason Very Happy

For the fiscal year ended 31 March 2017, Kalamazoo Systems PLC revenues remained flat at LKR11.4M. Net loss before extraordinary items increased 11% to LKR8.4M. Revenues reflect market conditions. Higher net loss reflects Administrative Expenses increase of 3% to LKR21.6M (expense). Basic Earnings per Share excluding Extraordinary Items decreased from -LKR64.08 to -LKR71.39.
