CFVF is safer than CSEC. I recommend to go with CFVF.

If CFVF comes out with a Good Quarterly Report + a dividend, Price will move to +40 in a very short term.

If you have check CSEC financials from last 2 years and Rivert back to me also before I highlight the things...my code is very simple that's the reason I don't touch this share. Don't pay much for old horses...there should be some fundamentals before we invest..

Due to yields going down CFVF results is expected to be superb in June qtr. Given the resulting NAV, and the past track record of deals made by the Schaffters, CFVF selling price may exceed 70

i am holding CSEC with profit almost 11% should i exit or hold ?? expert views please

I'm no expert, but I would hold until the deal goes through. The buyer would want to close the deal at the earliest, due to continous fall of bond yields, they would want to secure future profits and not pay extra for the accumulating profits. The Schaffters would want to close it early as well, before the uncertainties of elections set in.
Given NAV and movement of bond yields during last qtr, I would assume the deal to go at significantly higher price than the current trading price.
