New price formula will be more benifits to consumers as minister said . But no one knows yet how it works. Better to study and take decisions

Two main reasons for the pricing Formula
1, To ensure that the govt is not going to make losses from Petrol/Diesel. Ensure govt. will have a stable income per ltr.
2. Prices will depend on market forces demand and supply of crude oil. When the prices move up in the world market prices here too will go up. When prices come down here also it will drop.

Oil importer too will have a fixed income/Lt.

In this case LIOC and petrolium will have a stable profit. This is very good for the importer.

LIOC should move up very soon. Should go over 60/- 70/-
