After having a good set of interim financial statements the prices are declining. what is the reason ?
I saw many times after having good financial statements share prices are getting down. I can not understand the behavior of our investors.

Local institutional buyers are out of market. Retailers lost their invested money. So they are out of scene. Those who accumulated black money still play the game. Investment based on accounts not audited ( interim results) is far now, since presentations is not reliable.

No Idea about the EPS
But some are offering even 18% rate for 5 Year Deposits.
Over 13% for one year.
FLCH have granted a loan.
So the rate of over 16% would be a safe bet i guess.

It's difficult say market direction , for my advise not to buy at this stage. I also agree withWorthiness... we will not see local institutional buyers in present or near future.

They have sold the last part of their FLCM plantation to the same people. Cash inflow was 1.9 billion.
Major % of reported 83 cents was the profit from that sale.
After selling everything, any family company or country cannot maintain same EPS rates. That is the problem.
BTW They have 3 billion worth 'consumable plantation' left with them. Around 40% of assets are now in cash form and 60% of equity is in cash. NAVPS 7.40 and Rs 3 of it is cash.

Roughly y/y EPS can go between 70 cents to Rs. 1 in 2018/19 without considering any further land sale. Disposal of plantation done this year will reduce management expenses in coming reports. Interest income considered.
