Abans group Audit committee chairman/Director Hiran Embul Pesta bought  Abans Finance PLC with huge infusion of capital defrauding minority share holders at deeply discounted price.
Abans Finance suffered decline in business volumes and deep decline in profits due to increase in bad loans.
Managing Director resigned and Chief Operating Officer was ordered to resign due to high bad loans.
Advertisement appeared yesterday to fill the vacancy of Chief Financial Officer.

Are the deposits safe with Abans Finance PLC.

Shareholders be cautious and exit early.
