Hi Guys,

Anyone knows why the sentiment is so weak for BFL? they just had the best financial year and dividend due in October too. Stocks been down for a while now.

Appreciate any input.

as at 2017 March -> MP 160.20 -> PE 3.65
as at 2016 March -> MP 144.00 -> PE 3.90
as at 2015 March -> MP 108.00 -> PE 10.83
as at 2014 March -> MP 147.00 -> PE 17.05
as at 2013 March -> MP 150.00 -> PE 15.00

Based on above you can see how the valuations of BFL has improved over the years. Also the dividend yield is very attractive compared to most of the shares in the market. considering BFL has shown consistent growth over last 5 years it's PE should atleast be in the rage of 8 to 10. I beleive it's just a matter of time for this share to double.

Corn prices low and i agree price for BFL not justified.

BFL finance cost on capital investments, high feeding cost, increased production & operational cost, environmental cost slowed down the business progress. At the time of investment return accrues BFL will steadily march forward recalling its past performance & popularity.
