If they fail to get the 75% -One Option maybe to go for a Delisting first-Once the Delisting is done they can then go for a Buyback as a Non Listed Entity-This is possible as the 75% Rule is only applicable for a Listed Entity-HOWEVER I TOO URGE ALL TO VOTE FOR THE BUYBACK

Hi,

Can you kindly let me know if shareholders will get any forms to complete in order to get the payment for the shares held pls.
I am yet to receive any documents and wondering if I need to contact any party for this.

Yes -there will be the Offer Doc to buyback the Shares-Once you accept the Offer -then after the Offer closes-on the date indicated in the Doc-they will send the cheque
