FLCH a plantation rich share is currently trading at 4.40. IPO price was Rs 5.00 and Private placement price was Rs 4.70. NAV is Rs 4.61. PE ratio is 9.5. It may go down to 4.30 tomorrow. Looking at above stats of FLCH it is unusual to be traded at current price even though this is a plantation rich share. Is this a result of forced selling ? Like to know your idea on this matter.

I had a look at the order book...and it is possible to drop the price to Rs4.30. But not 100% sure. i just assumed. that is why i used "it may go down"

Reason for FLCH ' s down trend is that their directors were so hurry to sell their holdings.

According to the rumors I heard here and there , the big amount they showed in their reports under TIMBER has some kind of a problem.

You know there are so many interpretations for TIMBER such as trees , baby plants , trees with no commercial value , "Dead Trees".

If this is true then there will be a case for inquiry. Directors are selling because of an accounting problem??? Then they must have mislead the investing public. Also the particular accounting / auditing firm has something to explain??

Are you sure this is true?

Dear all,
Not FLCH but all other Good shares going down. Specially fundamentally good shares are badly difeated. Like BFL, BRWN,etc..etc..Thease days good time for Speculated, manupulated shares. but see what will happen after July 1st. It will be the start of ruling fundamental. You all write me End of July. Stay focus. Fundamental good mean you should have courage to hold them even though market is bad. because you know your comany not bad and they will always increase the value of your invest. This is I'm tellling from my experince. Happy trading . Buy when other are selling. Sell when others are buying. BYE.
