See the public holding in this quarter. It is further reduced to 5.37% so the company is trying to reduce it so they no need to pay much to shareholders

Invisible person who is buying huge quantities should know everything about this, He was collecting minimum of 2 Mn shares for a week starting from 1st Oct, at a price of 3.90 - 4.10 per share,
5.73% is not the actual public holding, see no 5 & 6 in the share holder list, Sakya & Satya, I think they do also have a link to Ishara.
Next week will be crucial.

@wealth123 you have studied this share well. Finance companies are getting a direct 9% tax benefit due to cuts and there are indirect benefits such as increases in liquidity pushing interest rates down etc..
Hence, like you said, profit making finance companies will at least reach their net asset value.
As is, Ishara can pay something slightly above the NAV to delist and it will look attractive to the shareholders.
However, if the market price reaches NAV, shareholders will demand something significantly higher to delist. So it's now a race against time.

Company will take the remaining quentity 5.37% and run over Rs 6. There are 50 million shares with public except top 20 members. They want to take that amount below Nav.

According to statistics 1% is holding public it means 50 million shares. there are 50 share holders having over 500,000. It means 25 millions shares. Around 100 people having 100,000 shares it means 10 million. So all are 35 million with big investors. They are collecting rest of 15 millions from small investors. That's why reduce the movement of the share these days

Read my previous comments, where I mention direct tax benefit of 9% for Finance companies and indirect benefits from increase in liquidity which will reduce interest rates.. I dont know whether you have studied economics but reduction in inflation is directly corelated to reduction in interest rates.. Please study the subject and go through the previous messages before you comment.. otherwise we are wasting time trying to counter ignorance

only reason to invest finance company is high dividet since finance companys not good for very long term holding. in a sudden bancrupcy u should have covered your investment by divident. non div paying finance companys are at highest risk. buy lolc (no div fin stock is like going to lion cave to collect some
cow shit) Very Happy

If the holding company or related parties (basically LOLC group companies) are selling, it will have to be disclosed to the CSE as a related party transaction. So the public holding percentage can't increase without being disclosed

Then who is selling this much quantity still with price not going up ? Price seem to be not allowed to go up but how that can be done without selling ? One party named Sakya is there with some holdings. How is the major shareholders are decided ? Thanks

Here, Tellers boss bought LOFC, the quantity of more than 2.6 Billion (2600,000,000) @ 3.40 on July 2019 under the guise of related party transection.

Teller said LOFC going to be Rs.6 sooner than later and spreading the delisting story through all his channels.

in CSE dont trust any CEO or Director. all are basterds . dont trust the numbers . follow the divident. you can only trust the divident. there is huge trust issue in CSE. there are honest corporate leaders in usa like buffet but not i SL. all directors fill there bucket first by unethical means and SL audit firms will 100% support them.

You have to disclose within 3 market days. 2.6Bn shares would be 50% share capital. If it was a outside party who bought, it should have triggered a mandatory offer. The transaction you are talking about was LOLC selling to one of its own subsidiaries in Singapore. This is why I believe the delisting will take place.. They might list in Singapore

LOLC Holdings will sell another 17% - 20% of LOFC stake to LOLC Asia sooner at 4.00 or 4.10, Now they are controlling the price to accomodate the transfer.
Then they will sell another 5.00% to Saakya or Satya Capital t fulfill the regulatory requirements.
After all these share will surpass the NAV for sure.
Note either LOFC or CLC didn't publish their non compliance announcements in November.
Feel like something is going to happen sooner.
