Sellers gradually reducing and Buyers Picking Up.

I plan to hold for the Long Term as I believe this will come close to 100 purely based on market sentiment within One Year on the fact that LOFC will be a major benefactor of the proposed foreign investment attraction vehicle.

Not a BSH Recommendation.

The majority shareholding LOFC is by LOLC Pvt Ltd which has now changed its name to LOLC ASIA

And the next majority by LOCH now.

Hence LOFC will be the major benefactor of the listing of LOLC ASIA and LOCH IPO.

LOLC PVT LTD = 49.81% (Name changed to LOLC ASIA PVT LTD)

LOLC ලගේ 2021 ජනවාරි 12 වෙනිදා announcement එකෙන් කියන්නෙ එයාල හදල තියෙන NIFL‍, CLC, LOFC වගේ finance companies වලට foreign investors ලා attract කර ගන්න platform එකක් හදනව කියලා! ඒ නිසා තමයි, මේ දවස් වල ඒ companies වලට foreign inflows වැඩිපුර එන්නෙ!

අමතක කරන්න එපා! LOFC එකෙන් transfer එකට පස්සෙත් වැඩි shareholding එකක් තියෙන්නෙ මේකෙ කියල තියෙන විදිහට LOLC Private Limited කියන Singapore subsidiary එකට!

only yesterday & today around 34 MN to 35 MN shares were traded, SEC or officials should see this when public qty only 28Mn at the Market.

1. it is can not believe that LOLC or BIL dispose their qty since Road Map is being progress... and LOLC G INS. IPO amidst & up coming IPO on LOCH & so far no any disclosure on that if so.

2. if not some big payers are playing massive game with this share for garbing innocent retailers shares bought at higher price levels by making panic them knowing that journey of CLC.N and SEC Must review on those transaction weather this is with connected party or not.

Remember once collections are over, clearance of order books for 2 to 3 Mn shares are possible, since most of the quantities are with the connected parties already, therefore don't sell further without knowing a proper reason. at early stages CLC went 14 & then came back to the 6 & at second stage it went to the 40 & came back to the below 19, now third stages it came back to 87 to 40 now,,,,,,,,

Then what else could happen next, with upcoming IPO of LOLC Gen Ins. & LOCH and if CLC going down further what happen to LOLC image within investors, is LOLC Company or gambling House (Booky).

Regarding LOFC, it's the best time to buy, Not the time to sell. There is a reason why CLC went down, But no reason for LOFC to go down, Just crazy panic sellers.

What you need to know, and what panic sellers don't know.! LOLC ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED will be listed in the Singapore Exchange(SGX) soon. LOLC ASIA hold the largest stake of LOFC.(49.81%). LOFC shares were transferred to LOCH @ 37.20. Therefore, I would say Minimum Value of LOFC would be around 40+

LOFC RSI on 01st November was 45 just before the pump similarly the RSI as at 03rd Dec 2021 is 46.
This indicates an oversold position and theoretically should improve. If there are no hidden deals in place.

LOFC Public Float is over 5% and is not as illiquid as CLC and based on the sales transactions during the past few days the public float may have even been increased by some extent already.
The price seems to hold strong around 25 with a Good Gap until 31-33 with minimum sellers.
16th to 19th Nov there was over 259 Mn Shares Traded over Rs 30 and
from 22nd Nov to date over 62 Mn Shares have traded ver Rs 30.
From 22nd to date 250Mn Shares have traded between 23-30.
Hence most of the selling pressure has been absorbed and prices consolidated around 24-27.
