Anyway clc will be amalgamated with lofc. So atm lofc is not having an issue with public float. So there will be no problem with the public float of clc. Remember clc bulk traded at 32 and lofc at 28 levels. So any price action will be above levels. So people dont get panicked. We may see lofc reaching towards ath and become one of the top market cap. Company when market bounced back.

I feel CLC will go down further with the release of more shares as evident from the announcement (previously CLC had around 0.5% public float now around 1.7%) to the market since the company will benefit if CLC price goes down as the company will then be able to give less LOFC shares for each CLC share. This will reduce total number of shares and also improve the PE and PB ratios of the remaining company.

Its already down from 32 levels. If lofc reach 50 or 60 clc will be at these levels for 2:1

Yes possible to increase LOFC.

But rather than pumping capital to increase a share price. Shedding existing shares delivers the same result with no cost.
