14 is a good price , but i think we can collect around 12 in comming months

You are right. But that's a qty of 30million shares.
Anyway, under the prevailing situation the overall market sentiment may remain sluggish.

Can we rule out personal reason for the sale by one of the non-executive directors?
The other side of the story is there had been a buyer for the whole lot. Who was the buyer?
