Normally Seylan is last to move, If you could wait till next month I think its better. But it isn't risky move even now. NDB after over subscription of 5B debenture, should see a increment. I think even 105-115 short term is a real possibility

why do all the SL Banks seem to endlessly need new capital at the expense of current shareholders--yet their earnings are fine and their loan write-offs are not bad and their spreads and costs are good.
