Even War or not, CSE should down due to falling rupee. Many fund managers , foreign banks are unhappy with recent policy changes. 1 usd =188 LKR expects, in such a scenario we can see foreigners are loosing massively . Before end of oct ,2020 , Sri Lanka require 4.6 Billion USD, with loosing tax revenues , we require additional 1 billion to run
