Four listed companies; Blue Diamonds Jewellery, Mackwoods Energy PLC, Anilana Hotels and Properties PLC, and Tess Agro PLC, are to be suspended from trading by Colombo stock exchange (CSE).
A notice was issued by the CSE, that these trading companies were on the watch list and will be suspended with effect from 24th February 2020 in terms of Rule 7.4 (c) (vii) of the CSE Listing Rules (Enforcement Rules), unless the companies rectify non-compliance as stated in the list of the companies on or before 20th February 2020.
These companies are to be suspended due to not submitting the Interim Financial statements for the quarter ended 30th September 2019.
