It’s difficult to assume that the company will declare a dividend more than 1st interim. Also based on order book & selling happening it’s evident that major share holder is selling. Not allowing to move at all. Also there are no buyers to buy big quantities. Therefore be careful what ever you do.

May be you are correct. But don’t know anything about the buyback. No body wants to delist a listed company. That is my personal view. Also keep in mind that if major shareholders selling means they might targeting for a right issue which most of companies exercising nowadays. Just for a thought I’m sharing. Advice me if I’m missing anything or important information.

Just see March end and June end share holder list. There is a massive change happened between family members. However those are not getting highlighted to CSE. Even CSE not bothered. Full of manipulation. Definitely top five share holders driving all of these with a well planned strategy.

You are very much correct. The point is when a company makes a profit, that benefit should go to all the share holders including minority/retail investors. If their part also being taken by major shareholders/owners then it’s not right. What is your opinion? I know end of the day all are business. If things happens this way CSE will never return back. It will be further struggle & retail investors trust further decrease.

Why do they need to go for a rights issue when they have plenty of funds with them?

You got it. I am watching this share for last one year the corelationship of price movement with forum discussions. Even my broker advice on this share coincided with forum discussion. It's the impact that this forum has on cse.
No one commented or recommend like now when citw 1.8 now 5, clnd 12 now 27, tkyo x 17 and now 30. Even cith and Reef.
They slowly collect and only after sky rocketed they recomment in forum. So bro do not accept what all forum says. If the price is low against fundamentals you buy.
East in 2014 eps 0.01 bv 11 price 9. Now eps 18 bv 14 price. Decision upto you
