If the expectation is for the price to increase after the election, then is this not the best time to buy ? (

Once the elections are over and prices start to rise the buyer could benefit then. The one who invests when prices are spiking will not benefit that much from that investment.

No one knows whether the prices going to increase just after the election. Market could drop considerable amount before the actual rally. Who knows
Why some one should buy today just seeing the green. He could have bought them last week or could buy on election date.

ජනාධිපතිවරයා වශයෙන් පත්වූ දා සිට ඔහු කටයුතු කර ඇත්තේ 19 වන ව්‍යවස්ථාව ගැන හාන්කවිසියක් වත් නොතකාය. 19 වන ව්‍යවස්ථා සංශෝධනය අනුව ජනාධිපතිවරයා යටතේ තබා ගත නොහැකි රටේ ආරක්ෂක ඇමති ධූරය තවත් "ජැක්අස්" වර්ගයේ හිටපු හමුදා නිලධාරීයෙකු වූ කමල් ගුනරත්න ආරක්ෂක අමාත්‍යාංයේ ලේකම්වරයා ලෙස පත්කොට පාලනය කරයි.
පාර්ලිමේන්තුව සතු මුදල් බලතල නොතකා රටේ බදු ප්‍රතිපත්ති මැදමුලනේ තියරියට වෙනස් කොට පාර්ලිමේන්තු සම්මතයකින් ‌තොරව අවනීති පනවා රාජ්‍ය ආර්ථිකය මේ වන විට අල කොට ඇත. පාර්ලිමේන්තුව විසුරුවා රටේ සමස්ථ මුදල් බලය අතට ගන්න යන්නේ ඒ ගෝඨාය. තවදුරටත් කීවොත් රටේ සමස්ථ මුදල් බලය අතට ගන්න යන්නේ දුප්පතුන්ගේ මහජන මුදලින් තමන්ගේ මව්පියන්ගෙ සොහොන් කොත් සහ කටුගෙවල් සාදා උසාවියේ අධි ‌චෝදනා තිබූ අපූරු 'මූල්‍ය විනයක්' සහිත ගෝඨාය.

They dont have physical access to the land as Gunasinghapura bus stand occupying the CLND land. With no land in procession, the real land value is not added to CLND's balance sheet.

For many year CLND has been trying to get at least a lieu land or the land in Pettah.
At the moment getting either the real land or a lieu land are possible.

After manning market is shifted to Peliyagoda, old manning market and land in world market could be developed into a transportation hub. Gunasinghepura bus stand could be emptied. Manning market project in Peliyagoda is almost completed.

Godahewa is not a powerful person. He is a state minister. He can't submit a cabinet paper.
CLND , CITH, REEF has better relationships with HE than Mr. Godahewa.

These shares haven't been moved yet. it looks folks are still collecting at very lower levels.

You are right. People who doubted govt victory and didn't collect are now collecting. These shares are artificially kept low.
