ALHP's main shareholder is SOMAP international Pte (70%). SOMAP acquired ALHP 51% shares in August 2018 and sometimes they gave a mandatory offer Rs.1.30 to remaining shareholders. some of the investors accepted and SOMAP increased their holding percentage up to  65%. ALHP announced the right issue above the market price as Rs.2.00 in January 2019. SOMAP FULLY SUBSCRIBED and increased again holding percentage up to 70%. this time, again the right issue above market price, they fully subscribed and will increase holding % near to 80%.

this is the story of SOMAP increased holding %. when they acquired ALHP, they really want to acquire almost fully holding %. maybe... they will delist ALHP near future. I believe, now you can understand the SOMAP hidden agenda.

i don't know the ALHP N price movement in this market situation. but, definitely, SOMAP INTERNATIONAL PTE wants to keep almost 90% holding % or delist. I think better to hold ALHP.

ALHP's administration expenses really higher than total revenue in past years. therefore, they suffer from losses. last 4th qtr, financial showed profit due to reducing administration expenses. when they are able to manage administration expenses, definitely they can go to the profit side. In previous years, they pull out profits showing high administration expenses. they really enjoy profits, nothing to give stakeholders.

Eranga87 thank you for the information and I also heard about this. So this share should move in very near future even before the right issue date announcement. I did not sell this I would rather prefer to hold this. I keep collecting this as much as I can. this will give you more than 85% gain. If they want to make the right issue a success one this should go up to the level of the rights ??

yes. here some of the tastes. it could go up. keep in your mind .. most of the probable price should move to Rs.2 level with this market positive sentiments. better hold.
