i cannot log.. it shows some error msgs

At a glance it is a pure bug. what is the error code (SQLSTATE) code you got? (ex: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation)? or paste the full image that we can see SQL error code.

It should be. because both applications used the same back end and this is an error thrown when it tries to execute a SQL query against the data base.
If you paste the whole error message with SQLSTATE code , we can say it is a connection issue or it is corrupted data.

In both cases they have to fix the issue, otherwise you have to setup a new fresh user account i guess.
is there a support team (i don't know who the vendor of this VsTox is)? send them a mail with full error message and your user id , they will create a ticket and fix it.

If you can not find their support team email address, send the mail to general mail address ( vstox@frontiercapital.lk) and they will forward it to the support team
