This Atrad problem was long happening with Capital Trust. SEC & CSE doing great job here by doing nothing.
Wondering big guns have same issue or they have preferential treatment from Capital trust.

Capital trust has broke my trust for countless times during last 2-3 months.
They come up with various explanations and the basic reason is they cant handle the no of accounts they have now if they dont upgrade their servers. Which will take at least 3-6 months as per my knowledge on IT procurement.
All solutions given by them backfires. It happened today as well.
So called leading stock broker is a piece of shit now.
I am looking to move my portfolio of of few millions.
Any recommendations?

I too got disappointed and opened an account with softlogic. The system is stable and the account opening process was easy but the investment advisor is very silent there is no support from him in any sought but what I wanted is a stable system which now I have

I've had no issues with Softlogic. They use DirectFN. Filled the forms and sent to them by email and got everything done. Haven't met a single person from the company in person but am very satisfied with their service.King of vice wrote:I too had difficulties logging in to Atrad/Captrust this morning.
