A lot of buying from directors from 5.30 to 5.60 in this month so far, could see an upside as their financial performance is strong too!

Technical valuation of VLL.N

Expected EPS for this year 70 cents with new project added with average profit margin of 30%

Average Dividend payout ratio during last five years in average 70%

thereby, 40 to 50 cents dividend is possible for the year

This fact is mainly know by the Directors & main Share holders, thats why they buying continuesly even with the COVID Panic sellings.

with this growth of the Company, when comes the attention of a worthy investor this share price may equal with the VPEL.N soon.

yes.. Smile

VPEL also POWER PURCHASING new agreement was done with CEB UPTO 2039.

VIDULANKA -VLL recorded turnover over Rs.1.4Bn. but, only can earn 361Mn net profit. Every year, same.

Vallibel power-VPEL normally recorded turnover Rs.1.00Bn and can be earned 707 Mn net profit. in each year same pattern. we can see.. They recorded the highest net profit relative to turnover.

Vidullanka so many power projects operate in foreign countries. even though they recorded higher turnover, they can’t earn higher profit. They are facing risk.. due to operate in outside in Sri Lanka. Their operation cost is too much higher. Therefore, can earn fewer net profit unless recoded higher turnover.

I have no doubt growing of both VLL  & VPEL.

have better oppotunity hold VPEL than VLL.

out of both I immediately grab VPEL since it can move up quickly with its discounted price. Even RS 10 it gives 10 % dividend yield Very Happy

@Vikey - I can see a quick jump in VPEL before VLL purely based on price movements, trade and publicity of VPEL among retailers than VLL. (VPEL now is more liquid than VLL)

This is purely based on traded volumes in the past with prices and trend.

Observe the market movement tomorrow and then make a decision. Always go for minimum risk maximum return strategy, that way you will always make profits with lesser chances of making losses.

When i wanted to make profits i became impatient and made losses but when i started using “Minimum risk Maxium Return” mantra my recovery was very quick and was able to recover soon. (Just wanted to share a strategy which has worked for me 🙂)

Good Luck.
