EXPO exit price still can not decided, will sell after taking a interim dividend from them.
EXPO no need any explanatory further you may see the valuability of it in every day therefore I stop talking about EXPO.

1. Interim Diviended in this month
2. Capiatalisation of Reserves
3. Knowing the earning of future with recent developments

2016/2017 years this share went up to Rs. 12/- with a capitalisation of reseves 1:10 Propotion

Guys this is a fact that we have to study, if directors are contnuosly buying, EXPO.N also had such time

They have don recent projects for increase thier earning considerably, I t hink better collecting the share before accounts are out for 2 nd qtr

Hi Captain,

Can you explain what are those projects and how it will increase the EPS to justify the current market price?

Because, current price seems to be little overvalued

Director Buying can be for many reasons such as increased controlling power of the company, political interests, in investment,etc.

Hence, director purchase can be an indication but financial statements tells you the true picture

They recently in the month of july completed the Uganda project with capacity of 26 MW and their current capacity 100 MW , and they recently signed new agreement with ceb for a income Rs . 16 per month which is 192 Mn for year when you look at their present qtr results annual turonover would be 1.4 -1.5 Bn and through new uganda project and new ceb agreement they could generate additional revenue of Rs.364 mn , 1400/100@26 and 160 altogether Rs 524 mn which is almost 40% growth to the previous revenue

So if could continue the same marging will see a profit growth too

Which will then arround annual eps of 70 or 80 cents

May be will have more interim dividend too in this month end or begning of the nov 2020.

can be sure that Annual Net Earning percentage of VLL may not be reduced with this solar project

Main point we have look here Company's quick Growth, with equity sources will further Add return to the ultimate shareholders
