Hotels keep on accumulating huge losses while minimum operational costs are huge.
They will be in huge debts and the NAVs will become negative. So in my opinion they are traded at a premium price. They will have to raise capital and they will come at cheap right issues. Wait .do not buy yet.

I don’t think their NAVs will become negative. They will make losses but will show improved performance in Q2. Impossible for NAV to become negative. EPS might be negative in Q2 but not Book value. In fact most have very healthy levels of NAV.

Hotels income restricted to quarantined income. What will be the impact of it ? Is it enough to make a profit?
However in current market trend anything can happen. It swings both ways.

Ha ha, spreading bad news and  collecting after receiving as many Hotels who are in quarantine business are making profits?
