Whew! Imagine what could get done if we all just stopped watching stock market.

Turning off your computer will gain you, on average, about 4 hours per day. Imagine if you took that time to exercise, give your brain a workout, and develop strong relationships.

Not only would you be adding years to your life, you would become more interesting, energetic, and fun. So take the plunge and try not watching stock market for a week. At first, it will be strange and awkward, but stick with it and soon you will love all the extra time.

With the average of four hours a day gone, it's no wonder everyone is feeling stressed out and overwhelmed. We put aside paying bills, finishing projects, making phone calls and cleaning our homes to watch stock market .

We feel overwhelmed because of all the things we should be doing (exercising, spending time with family, eating right) go undone.

And when we feel overwhelmed, tired, and exhausted we don't have energy to anything but—you guessed it—watch stock market . It is a dreadful cycle. So take a break from stock market for a week and see what happens to your life.

Life is too interesting and wonderful to spend your time either watching stock market or recapping stock market to your friends. Find something interesting to do: volunteer, read, paint—anything but watch stock market .

Good luck

Most likely today too will be flat or little red / green. Market will take a direction / resume it's past trend only after Thursday's 20th amendment bill.

Like Mr. Asoka said, taking 2 days off the market isn't that bad!!! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I think you can expect a rally beginning of next week, as people settle down from the present panic mode.
Smart Alexes will make use of present time to pick value shares, and history repeats when people buy the same stock they sold, at a higher price.
A price that they are used to pay!Try not watching stock market for a week. Food for thought. Whew! Imagine what could get done if we all just stopped watching stock market. Icon_biggrin
