Once that news comes the price will appreciate. People are news panic now. Panic for negative news and positive news both. If One government agency or person cast a simple news for construction initiative, Access will go up. Even a rumor is enough. People don't need fair justification. Anyhow there will be projects for then. I dont understand why share price stagnating same 23-24 for long time.
