I looked at historical earnings and stayed away from Expo at one time and subsequently purchased same paying a premium. Historical records are good to consider but deserves a place in the museum.
Hope this will be a guide to new & old investors. GL

A truly brilliant insight & one lost on most investors. I only look at past performance to see evidence of a turnaround. The above is a good example..I also looked at parent company & noted Q1+Q2 net debt repayments 1.35bn & in previous year 2Bn.So I know turnaround in progress.

Please DYOR.
I hate being tagged promoter. Unlike you, Samaritan & a few others some do no research & then blame the person who recommended.
Please deeply study parent. Then tell me if the market cap should be under 3 Bn.
We can discuss further in a more secure manner.

Just check Cflb - parent of Ebcr.
cflb’s Ebcr stake now worth 4 Bn. Cflb MC under 3Bn.
Thus all other SBUs (listed & unlisted), Land bank (freehold 1.25 acres on Union Place + 1 acre in heart of Fort)*+ cse investments (primarily though not entirely @ COLO) valued end June @ 2Bn - must be having negative worth.
*Under Accounting Rules Land carried @ cost and as per AR market value 5Bn ++ more than cost end March 2019.
Please DYOR & arrive at MCof Cflb.
