As an atrade user I'm facing this kind of situation in once or twice a month. feel sorry about as atrade users. 
getting too long to fixed even minor issues and this may cause missing some valuable opportunities in current market context.  pale pale pale

Clear the cache memory in your browser.

Ctrl + F5, then it will work.

To Fix the problem.

Go to web browser settings.
Then clear cookies and cache memory.
After that relog into Atred. 
After that it will work fine.
