-The past few days, the number of active patients has been on the rise.
It has reached mid-end December levels
-daily testing is inadequate. Requirement is 50k per day.
-Hospitals may start to get to fill up, if active patients increase beyond 9000-10,000? (assuming just 15-20% actually need medical care). is there anyone in the health sector here who can advice us?
-the gov. may be forced to go for a lock down.
-vaccine news seems like a bluff. We may not get a vaccine till the mid-end of this year.
-on top of all this we are inviting foreign tourists from today onwards.
-the gov. might just give up let the virus spread.
-credit rating assessments may come out.
- There is risk of sovereign bond default during the 2nd-3rd qtr.
How should investors be prepared to deal with the outcomes?
How will the market react for bad news- say lock down is imposed.
will the market react negatively again? How bad will it be (knowing that people may need cash)?
