India said no vote after east terminal but says ok for vote after west terminal, and govt hurried interest on provincial council.
Gave burial rights and postponed burka ban and got Pakistan vote.
As in papers After BAN HC visit to Canadian embassy PM today going to Bangladesh.

We might win unhrc at any cost by satisfying foreign interests jeopardizing people mandate given to govt and selling assets.

If we win in unhrc cse will go up we are happy. But unhrc going to happen every year and foreign countries going to ask something from SL every year and we will give.

Where is our economy and internal policies heading to.

In my view this will not have any impact on the economy nor CSE, i won't be surprised if the market witnesses a bull run like in January this year in order to prove a point.

Most had fear about economic sanctions. finally, there is no such but some recommendations and guidelines to practice.

Loss of votes is not a new thing. See it happened since 2012. I don't know why educated people are worrying.. Very Happy

UNHCR - Finally Over

No Economic Sanctions and Individual Sanctions

Looking at the resolution,it is giving 2-3 years time to adopt certain things to be done.

So there is no sanctions what so ever as some thought,even for the market to drop by 2000 points originally by letter and credit issues,but more on fears of UN sanctions.

Even in 2013 we lost the vote,so we don’t think this as a bad outcome although we lost the vote, if you see more countries didn’t want this resolution 11+14=25.

So as Investors should not treat this news negatively but positively and get back to earnings and fundamentals and move forward.

nothing to worry about anything.. maybe the market will go down early morning because of few panic sellers then the market will be getting a sharp uptrend,,

do you know this UNHCR fear is over now...

no one put the SRI LANKA down .. Sri Lanka is the major part of the Asia territory game so don't worry

Nothing will happen, no economic sanctions, only some resolutions to implement on certain given time, so I think there won't be any impact on share market. GL

Hope market will have a steady run,as an investor my experience ran for nearly 1.5 years only.But I never panic and sold any of my valuable stocks.If you have fundamentally sounds stocks nothing to worry I think. cheers
