Hi all,

I sense strong BULL pressure in EXPO as the way EXPO CONSOLIDATED around Rs 50~55 where Rs 50 as the support level and and continued CONSOLIDATED BULL pressure during last FRIDAY with a significant volume of 20Mn changing hands

The REGAINED POSITIVE INVESTORS SENTIMENTS in EXPO after a BULL run to Rs 58 earlier, just before 3Q21 Financials and awarding of VACCINE DISTRIBUTION rights in Sri Lanka from 27/01/2021. This passes a STRONG HINT about the improved RESULTS in EXPO and future cash generation.

On top of these, I feel the hefty EPS DISCOUNTED by 50%~75% seems to be very pessimistic/invalid considering the VACCINE DISTRIBUTION revenue which will add more fuel to top line in 2021 and I personally believe EXPO might deliver Rs 6.5 for the FY and Rs 78/- (EPS 6.5 X 12PE which is market PE)

You will see, in very soon, daily Rs.4 - Rs.5 price increasing patterns in coming days.
In history, last 05 years EXPOS trailing PER always above 12.
My valuation for EXPO, 7.5 EPS x 8 PER = Rs.60 plus
But, thinking many attraction can comes to EXPO and can go up further.
EXPO should mostly go above the Rs.50 during this FY.

My Revised Target when financial comes 80 +

I know most of them these day using this for trading & book a profit which is good for market like this,

but remember if all of you hold this for two weeks time unstoppable of price moving closure to 100, since buying pressure is really high for expo now.

There are so many reason to EXPO run now, such as 3rd Qtr. industry growth profit, Vaccine news and with all of this business earning Stabilization of the company is highly possible soon. which is important fact for investor when deciding a good PE in market like this.

Most of the shares are down despite a Green Day which is due to the battle between IN and DP companies. It’s month end profit taking and settlements so the market drop is kind of expected. Will bounce back up from wk1 feb.

International logistics player ended 2020 with Rs. 56 b in market value

Expolanka Holdings PLC yesterday soared to being the fourth most valuable stock thanks to sustained gain in its share price over the medium term.

With a gain of Rs. 1.30 or 2.6% to Rs. 51.30, Expolanka was worth Rs. 100.28 billion. It is behind CTC, JKH and LOLC in terms of value.

Being a consistently sought after stock, Expolanka saw 13 million of its shares change hands via 2,500 trades for Rs. 666.6 million.

Expolanka closed the fourth quarter of 2020 with a 152% gain to Rs. 29. Nearly 23 million of Expolanka shares were traded for Rs. 1.12 billion in the last quarter. It ended 2020 as 13th most valuable with Rs. 56.7 billion.

Investor interest on Expolanka has been on its phenomenal financial performance thanks being on the right side of the COVID-19 pandemic – logistics.

Fuelled by surging demand for emergency supplies via air freight into North American markets, Expolanka Group revenue expanded by 71% Year-on-Year (YoY) to Rs. 49.1 billion while Group Profit After Tax (PAT) registered an outstanding Rs. 4.5 billion for the second quarter.

Growth in the logistics sector was attributed to key strategic initiatives undertaken by the company in addition to its ability to pivot to opportunities in the market, particularly in response to the need for emergency medical supplies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) essential to combatting COVID-19 on extremely tight schedules.

“With economies tentatively opening up, regular business was starting to return by the end of the quarter while PPE orders were gradually easing. However, the company stands fully geared to service new opportunities which may present itself in such an evolving environment,” Expolanka said in its press release on the results in November 2020.

Expolanka Holdings is part of the SG Holdings Group, a leading logistics group in Japan. With interests in Logistics, Leisure and Investments, the company has successfully expanded its presence to cover 23 countries and over 60 offices across Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East and the US.

Some manipulation is going there to pull the Expo prices it seems...Expo growth is undeniable and it will further mark its strength in coming days.

In history repeats expo had lot of time like this with panic selling , I think need to hold this.

Growth of industry shows good profit in hand, expo also should get that.

I don't think there is anything wrong with Expo... I think people are leaving expo to make some quick money from LOLC and Hayles shares...once their thug of war goes...things will be back to normal I feel...
