KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 17): Glove stocks fell today after Top Glove Corp Bhd registered weaker fourth-quarter (4Q) results on normalising glove demand and average selling prices (ASPs).

Export earnings from Rubber & Rubber finished products increased by 41.98 % to US$ 616.59 Mn in Jan-July 2021 due to the better performance of exports of Industrial & Surgical Gloves of Rubber (68.64%) and Pneumatic & Retreated Rubber Tyres & Tubes (44.96%).
Natural rubber exports in the first seven months of 2021 have risen by 44% to $ 23.5 million, while in July they rose by 12% to $ 3.3 million. Rubber products exports rose by 42% to $ 593.1 million in the first seven months and by 13.6% in July to $ 93.4 million.
