Top Glove's export ban to US was lifted only very recently. So, a weaker performance was expected.

"The fact is soon after the ban lifted the shares got a boost after company takes steps to address forced labor findings''.

Top glove loss reflects gains of others major players in Glove Industry. US earlier ban top glove products and fulfilled US requirements with other major players in the World including DIPD. Our rubber glove exports in last 2 months have shown a dramatic up. DIPD has a strong link to USA markets.

Quote :
Export earnings from Rubber & Rubber finished products increased by 41.98 % to US$ 616.59 Mn in Jan-July 2021 due to the better performance of exports of Industrial & Surgical Gloves of Rubber (68.64%) and Pneumatic & Retreated Rubber Tyres & Tubes (44.96%).
