Good day everyone,

We Sri lankans always like to play the blaming game.But that method not going to solve the problem.Every one blame CLC for ASPI drop on Monday and Tuesday,but if you check the history you can see the truth. 
Last 2 days invisible force dragged CLC down forcefully.Lets leave the fundamental analysis and check what technical analysis indicate this week Fundamental/Technical analysis & beyond ~CLC Icon_wink
If you are new to CSE always start investing 60% and trade 20% till you master the trading. other 20% you can use to buy/average trading share if things goes south.
When I enter CSE in 2010 I didn't have a clue, but I mastered the investing and trading to survive till now.
Before you buy a share do a little bit of analysis, pick a price to enter and exit. We can not become swing trades as soon as we enter CSE.

Yes ,nice and simple analysis mainly using volumes . That’s true what you observed , there were some forces which tried hard to make everything a mess. Even though CLC has not been fundamentally strong , held it position strongly and survived. Today saw some renewed interest and traded a good volume. Hope tomorrow will make a new ATH and continue towards its destination. 🐎🐎🐎

As mentioned earlier transaction is of the floor but transfer prices on transfer date but it is important to how big this companies going to be with large foreign stake and big dollar inflow to the country.

Only the lolc stake is transferred as per initial annoucment 99 percent to be trf to loch

Yp this transfer is all about LOLC stake in these 3 companies i.e NIFL,CLC and LOFC.

No delisting will take place and no right issue either.


CLC will acquire many troubled FinCos and CLC shares will be issued in exchange of acquired company shares.
